1. Age eligibility

Vapeshop Gurugram sells nicotine products exclusively to adults aged 21 or over. By placing an order you confirm you are 21+. Age is verified at delivery; underage orders are cancelled and refunded.

2. Product information

All product descriptions, prices, and availability are provided in good faith. Manufacturer packaging, flavours, and puff counts may change without notice. Colours may vary from photographs.

3. Ordering & payment

Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch. Payment options: cash on delivery, UPI, IMPS, card on delivery. Prepaid orders that fail delivery are refunded within 5 business days.

4. Delivery

Same-day delivery is targeted across Gurugram for orders placed before 9 PM. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or gated-society clearances. See Shipping Policy for detail.

5. Warranty & returns

Manufacturing defects on rechargeable devices (IQOS, pod systems) are covered for 30 days from delivery. Disposables are covered for DOA (dead on arrival) within 24 hours. See Refund Policy for detail.

6. Health warning

Products sold contain nicotine, which is addictive. Not for use by minors, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or individuals with heart, respiratory, or diabetic conditions. Consult a doctor before use if in doubt.

7. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
