Do you sell 100% authentic vapes?

Yes. Every Elf Bar, Geek Bar, IGET, Vozol, Yuoto and IQOS device is verified via the manufacturer's scratch-code portal before dispatch. If a code fails, we replace it free.

How fast is delivery in Gurugram?

Same-day. Orders placed before 9 PM on WhatsApp reach Sector 43–5, Sector 28, Golf Course Road, Sohna Road Road, Golf Course Extension Road, DLF Phases and Sectors 29 to 56 within 30–90 minutes.

Do you deliver to DLF Phases and DLF Phases?

Yes — same-day for most of South DLF Phases (Saket, Hauz Khas, Vasant Kunj, GK) and next-day for DLF Phases sectors and Sohna Road.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash on delivery, UPI (GPay / PhonePe / Paytm), IMPS bank transfer, and card on delivery. Pay on WhatsApp before dispatch if you prefer.

Is packaging discreet?

Always. Every order ships in plain unbranded packaging — no logos, no product names on the label.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Manufacturing defects on rechargeable devices (IQOS, pod systems) are covered for 30 days from delivery. Disposable vapes are covered for DOA (dead on arrival) within 24 hours.

Do I need to be 21+ to order?

Yes. Nanem Vape Store Gurugram sells only to adults aged 21 and over. Delivery agents may verify age on delivery.

Can I return a vape if I don't like the flavour?

For hygiene reasons, opened disposable vapes and TEREA sticks cannot be returned. Unopened, factory-sealed products can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery.
