Delivery zones and timing

• Gurugram: same-day, 30–90 minutes. Orders after 9 PM ship next morning.
• South DLF Phases: same-day for Saket, Hauz Khas, Vasant Kunj, GK, Defence Colony.
• DLF Phases & Sohna Road: next-day.
• Rest of India: 2–4 business days via DLF Phasesvery / Blue Dart.

Fees

Flat ₹149 within Gurugram. Free delivery on orders above ₹2000. Outside Gurugram ₹199 flat.

Packaging

Every order ships in plain unbranded packaging with no product name on the label.

Payment on delivery

Cash, UPI (GPay / PhonePe / Paytm), IMPS. Age (21+) verified at delivery.

Refunds & exchanges

Factory-sealed products may be exchanged within 3 days. Opened disposables and TEREA sticks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
