TL;DR

  • DOA disposables: free replacement if reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Rechargeable devices (IQOS, pods): 30-day manufacturing-defect warranty.
  • Unopened, factory-sealed: exchangeable within 3 days.
  • Opened disposables & TEREA sticks: non-returnable (hygiene).

How to claim

  1. WhatsApp 919340910592 with your order date and a short video showing the issue.
  2. We verify the scratch code and confirm eligibility within 24 hours.
  3. Replacement dispatched same-day, or refund processed to source within 5 business days.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and regulatory reasons, opened disposable vapes, opened e-liquid bottles, opened TEREA sticks and any product without original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund timelines

UPI / IMPS refunds are processed within 2 business days. Card refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
